Amanda Righetti

Amanda Elizabeth Righetti is an American actor and producer. She gained fame for her part as special agent Grace Van Pelt on CBS's The Mentalist, a police procedural show. Righetti is a Utah citizen who grew up in the state of Utah was always thinking about becoming a performer. As a young girl of just four older, she started dancing. In 1995 she made her big screen debut by starring in the movie 'Love and Happiness'. Then, in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation the actress made her debut on television as a CBS guest star. Righetti started off her career as a model when she was fourteen years of age. Four years later, she moved to Los Angeles and continued to perform small, but important roles before being tapped as the character of recurring Hailey Nichol in Fox's teen drama , 'The O.C.'. Righetti played important roles in the 2009 movie Friday the 13th. She was also a part of the soap series of Fox North Shore and the drama series Reunion. She played Grace Van Pelt from 2008 until 2015 in the acclaimed "The Mentalist.' Her performance was well-received by critics. Righetti was recently seen as Madeline Kenner on USA Network's sci-fi series "Colony".
